When my friend Katherine the Great and I sat down to write what would become "Hold You In My Heart", we wanted to write a song steeped in positivity: to capture the love we feel for our friends and family who we must keep away from to be safe. Though we have to be apart during this time, this song is to reassure them that they're in our minds and hearts, that we are eagerly awaiting the day we'll be together again.
